Asmat Monaghan and two of her daughters – Amberine and Urshia– are humraz’s founders. ‘humraz’ is an anagram of Asmat’s three daughters’ initials.

Asmat grew-up in Glasgow and built a successful career in IT spanning more than twenty years. Asmat held key roles at Compaq, Sun Microsystems, BUPA and was IT Director for Nortel Networks.

Mother-of-two Amberine holds degrees in Law & Accountacy and Information Technology. before committing to humraz full-time, Amberine worked as an IT Consultant for one of the world's largest enterprise software companies.

Urshia is also mother to two children. A qualified and practicing Chiropractor, with a degree in Complementary Therapies and post-graduate qualifications as a Chiropractor. She has also trained in sales and worked in market research. Urshia chooses to work part-time to ensure maximum commitment to humraz.
